Marsh Remodeling LLC is owned by Eric Marsh and is family owned & operated in Burton on Vashon Island, WA. With over 18 years in the construction industry, Eric brings a wealth of experience and knowlege to each project he works on. 

Eric was born & raised in Polson, Montana and grew up the son of custom home & cabinet builder Jim Marsh. Building custom homes for Montana's extreme temperatures has taught Eric to understand the need for proper building techniques and the importance of being conscious of energy efficiency. Eric married his wife over 12 years ago and moved to Washington, going on to work for the South Sound's longest running drywall company, Hudson's Drywall Inc., for a number of years, further learning the importance of strong work ethics, cleanliness, and solid business relationships. Eric is happily back to his small town roots and he has seized the opportunity to establish himself within the Vashon community, a good name goes a long way.  

Eric bought his first rental property in Montana at age 19 and quickly found out how valuable his training in construction was to rental management. He went on to own homes in Washington that proved good investments as well, learning that "mini facelifts" between tenants and continued maintenance on income properties equaled more money in his pocket at the end of the day and happier tenants with less turn over. He also found he truly enjoyed the creativity in design that remodeling offers and the satisfaction of the end result.
